Job Description

　　Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Litigation Practice Management to oversee the Litigation Practice Group at an AM 200 law firm. The role is responsible for the operational management of several of our litigation practice and industry groups. The role works directly with attorney practice group leaders to manage business operations with a focus on helping the financial health, internal organization, operational functioning and morale of such groups. This individual must be comfortable strategically managing large groups, including attorneys, running leadership calls and collaborating cross-departmentally, and overseeing the operational and financial management of the group, including analyzing KPIs. This role sits hybrid in the firms Philadelphia, PA or Chicago, IL offices and offers great benefits and very solid compensation.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-Bachelor's degree

　　-Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation practice management at a mid-large size law firm

　　-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint -Manager experience preferred null
