　　This role involves leading the Engineering Project Management (EPM) team to drive projects that deliver our user-facing features. You will lead a team responsible for working with our engineering and design teams to define new features, create project plans, track and communicate progress. EPMs partner with engineering leadership to set priorities and manage project execution, and communicate project status at both the engineering and executive level. EPMs also help with capacity planning and problem solving across multiple competing deliverables. You need to be able to help identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and alignment issues quickly and effectively. This role requires exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong relationships in support of working cross functionally with other organizations within Apple. Understanding of software development and a strong interest in user experience is a requirement. Some direct, hands-on involvement in projects is also required. The ideal candidate enjoys challenging and innovative projects in a fast-paced environment and the teaching and mentorship required to grow fantastic EPMs.

　　At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,400 and $289,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
