　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this position, your main responsibilities will include providing semi-skilled maintenance and repair work in various trades such as building, mechanical, and electrical at Little Pine, Hyner Run, Hyner View, and Upper Pine Bottom State Parks. However, the primary focus of this role will be on the daily cleaning of restroom facilities, ensuring they are kept in a clean and sanitary condition for park visitors. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning the rental cabin between turnovers, ensuring it is ready for the next guests. Another important aspect of this role is checking the pool facility and performing general cleaning tasks to maintain its cleanliness and functionality. Furthermore, you will be involved in mowing and weed-eating the park grounds to keep them well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. You will also assist in other maintenance needs, such as minor carpentry, painting or staining, tree and branch cleanup, litter cleanup, and any other tasks that may arise. As part of routine building maintenance, you will be required to perform tasks such as painting, reshingling roofs, and repairing screens and windows using various hand and power tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for minor maintenance and repairs to park vehicles, including changing oil and filters, greasing fittings, and checking and filling fluid levels. Lastly, you will also be involved in general maintenance tasks related to water, sewage, and plumbing systems, such as unblocking drains, repairing faucets, and winterizing water systems.

　　Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.
