Corporation has a fantastic opportunity to join our thriving team as an Administrative Receptionist! This hourly position is a permanent Part-Time opportunity in the Human Resources Department.
Hours: 7:30am-5:00pm Thursday and Friday, with occasional flexibility to adjust as needed for time off, etc. (2 days - approximately 19 hours/week)Ready to join a four-time US Best Managed Company Award-Winner?!
PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and process incoming telephone callsGreet and sign-in visitors as first point of contact to visitorsManage reservations and maintain company pool vehiclesAssist Payroll with time card distribution and filing Paid Time Off formsApprove and post announcements on company intranet siteServes as part of the Emergency Action Plan to assist with communications of various emergencies (i.e. storms, fire, etc.)Maintain and update in-house phone directory on company intranet, phone book listings and ordering out-of-town directoriesOrganize company-sponsored eventsAssist the organization with scheduling interviewsSupport Human Resources department with various projectsEDUCATION:
Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experienceEXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
2 or more years of experience in an administrative roleStrong working knowledge of computer software including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenAbility to represent the company in a professional mannerDemonstrates strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational and partnering skillsAbility to share job responsibilities with other members of the Reception and Human Resource teamOTHER:
