Provide a management support in directing delivery of academic counseling and student services to meet the needs of the students at the School of Hospitality.

Work with Director of Academic Programs in providing support for all student onboarding for the college including orientation for entering students.

This position provides advising, outreach, and University policy dissemination to undergraduate and graduate students and constituents necessary for successful matriculation and graduation.

Work with the Chair of Undergraduate Programs the Director of Academic Programs to oversee and evaluate petitions, class scheduling, and academic actions.

Acts as a liaison among graduate students, program faculty and administration Liaises with International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO), and facilitates the I-20 process for international students.

Monitors individual student progress and advises students about program completion requirements; manages graduate records, assists in maintaining a vibrant student culture within the School.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree and three to five years of experience required. Working in higher education setting preferred.
