To succeed in this role, you will need to match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. 　　Responsibilities

　　Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily

　　Produce full-cycle A/P

　　Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling

　　Perform special projects as assigned

　　Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time

　　Provide support to internal business partners

　　Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed

　　Assist with internal and external audits as needed

　　Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department Requirements - Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Command of Construction Accounting

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
