Position Overview: The Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Analysis (MSP&A) team aims to improve the efficacy and efficiency of activities across the Marketing org through detailed analysis, strategy development, and structured planning approaches. As the Manager, MSP&A – Lifecycle & Engagement Strategy, you will be responsible for driving analysis and developing strategies that grow member engagement across Peacock owned channels. This role requires the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups to develop data-informed recommendations at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide strategy and planning support to the Peacock Growth & Lifecycle Marketing team, identifying opportunities to drive member engagement across owned channels.
Partner with Peacock Decision Sciences to create measurement approaches for existing and new initiatives, developing benchmarks and contextualizing data aimed at driving actions.
Develop prioritization frameworks to inform resource allocation to areas that drive the largest business impact.
Partner with Peacock Consumer Insights and Decision Sciences to translate audience insights into effective strategies, including content recommendations, sampling, and messaging tactics that deliver incremental results.
Collaborate with the rest of the Peacock MSP&A and cross-functional teams to determine opportunities for partnership between engagement and other business activities.
Conduct deep dive analyses guide engagement strategy.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably at a top agency or consultancy
BS/BA in mathematics, statistics, management, business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field
Strong excel and data viz (e.g., PowerPoint) skills, programming skills a plus
Ability to create structure and recommend approaches to ambiguous business questions
Experience working with CRM, Editorial, Product marketing or Direct-to-Consumer marketing a plus
Knowledge of the streaming landscape, Peacock’s streaming offerings, as well as NBCU brands, and their interface with the media industry
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority
Good judgment, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Positive attitude and high level of professionalism
Impeccable written and spoken communication skills, articulate and thoughtful
Team-oriented and collaborative with an aptitude and willingness to learn
Self-sufficient problem solver able to think creatively and independently
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 (bonus + long-term incentive eligible)
