　　Key Accountabilities

　　Implementation of telemarketing campaigns, based on established Campaign Implementation checklist.

　　Work closely with DM Campaign Manager, Business Analyst, Data Analytics to establish targets for campaigns and to assist in deploying TM strategy.

　　Managing expenses of TM activities including budget setting for each campaign based on cost components and elements and monitoring and analyzing performance against budgets and/or forecast.

　　Ensuring that telemarketing scripts comply with specified service standards regulatory and internal.

　　Liaising with relevant internal and external teams to ensure appropriate campaign kick-off briefing is undertaken and put in place for necessary fulfilment.

　　Reports – to submit campaign analysis monthly and prepare campaign kits.

　　Initiating and reviewing motivation programs and track performance of teams decide.plan fun incentives and competition.

　　Coordination tasks for BCP.
