Description

　　Senior Billing Specialist:

　　Generate and process customer invoices.

　　Review and verify billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

　　Accounts Receivable:

　　Monitor and track customer accounts to ensure timely payments.

　　Reconcile discrepancies between billed amounts and payments received.

　　Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and resolve payment issues.

　　Recordkeeping:

　　Maintain organized and up-to-date billing and AR records.

　　Prepare and analyze reports related to billing and collections.

　　Customer Communication:

　　Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment matters.

　　Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns related to billing.

　　Collaboration:

　　Work closely with internal teams, including sales and service, to ensure accurate billing information.

　　Collaborate with the finance team for financial reporting purposes.

　　Compliance:

　　Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.

　　Stay informed about changes in billing and AR practices.

　　Qualifications:

　　Requirements

　　Sage Software, Bill Pay, invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Experience:

　　Proven experience in billing and accounts receivable roles.

　　Familiarity with HVAC industry billing practices is a plus.

　　Skills:

　　SAGE a plus

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills.

　　Proficiency in relevant accounting software.

　　Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Problem-Solving:

　　Analytical mindset to analyze data and trends.
