　　 Job Purpose and Summary:

　　These functions include regulatory deliverables, HEDIS activities and reporting and other quality improvement strategy activities related to clinical data feeds from EHR's, HIE's, vendors and other supplemental data sources. Provide support to staff and communicate with departments across the health plan to facilitate and expand clinical data strategy across all product lines. Coordinate and monitor quality improvement and organizational projects to determine program effectiveness and value. Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative programs and initiatives to improve outcomes. Review proposed data exchange rules in CMS STARs technical specifications and HEDIS technical specifications to determine impact of changes.

　　 Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Assisting Exe. Director Medicare Strategy to make business decisions based on the results of research and data analysis. Support Sr. Manager, Lead Director with projects/ programs with cross functional teams, assist business units in integrating quality into their strategic and operational plans. Evaluate clinical data acquisition program and determine readiness for all digital quality measurement. Develops materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data, translating highly technical data into compelling, digestible visual storytelling aids. Build relationships in a highly matrixed organization

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$63,300.00 - $136,500.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
