We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our AMF facility in Huntsville, AL. This role typically accomplishes results through experienced exempt employees. This position functions as advisor on all projects and tasks assigned to the organizational group.

　　Essential Functions:

　　35% - Provides Manufacturing Engineering process direction and leadership to Manufacturing Engineers supporting production and new product components.

　　35% - Provides coaching and mentoring for career development and advancement of team members.

　　15% - Works closely with program management, process areas and product work centers to provide timely and qualified technical support to customer needs and requirements.

　　10% - Develops, communicates and executes assigned strategies and metrics.

　　5% - Develops and manages team overhead budget.

　　Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science discipline and at least 9 years of related technical experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned organization.
