　　This position requires the ability to be onsite 3 days per week preferably in a CVS Hub location. Locations include: Woonsocket, RI/Hartford, CT/Northbroo, IL / Pittsburgh, PA / Irving, TX / Scottsdale, AZ

　　We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Aetna's Informatics team; this role will produce analytical support to the ACA IFP (Individual Family Plan) VBC analytics team and market leadership to ensure the accuracy reporting and maximize the opportunities of risk adjustment programs at CVS/Aetna.

　　A successful candidate will provide the analytic solutions and reporting to key stakeholders across ACA program and market leaders. Interact and collaborate with ACA submission, claim warehouse, and actuary team to generate monthly ACA Risk Adjustment score and suspect gaps at the member level, ensure timely delivery of key projects supporting VBC performance and intervention programs.Experience with healthcare data warehouses including claims, diagnosis, and provider attribution, Rx data strongly preferredBuild Tableau dashboards, using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, AWS, Mars, Alteryx etc.Design and code efficiently using SAS/SQL, Python programming languages.QA and ensure data integrity through MOM, YOY comparisonRequired Qualifications5+ years' experience of data analysis and presentation or Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of experience which can include internships and Co-op3+ years' experience of SAS, SQL3+ years' experience of building Tableau dashboards3+ years' experience of project documentationPreferred Qualifications

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$69,300.00 - $149,600.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
