ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

　　The Finance department at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a FP&A Manager to join our team!

　　This role will have a variety of responsibilities, including overseeing the financial forecasting process, lead annual budget planning and support longer term strategic planning. This role will also oversee specific budgets, working with business operators to maintain financial discipline. This role will work in close collaboration with the entire Digital Finance team. The role also w orks with Legal, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Accounting, etc. to drive business operations and find efficiencies within those processes. The position reports to the Vice President of Digital Finance

　　ABOUT YOU:

　　You are a leader who understands the details of the business and can clearly and concisely communicate relevant information. You have media experience and are able to work quickly and independently, while bringing a positive and collaborative attitude to the team.

　　YOUR DAY-DAY:

　　You will oversee financials for monthly estimates and closes by collaborating with multiple teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

　　Collaborate with teams to understand variances and communicate/escalate any risks and opportunities as necessary.

　　You will work closely with the centralized ad sales team to understand revenue forecasts and variances from the previous estimates or Plan.

　　Maintain financial models that track key monetization KPIs, including users, CPMs, sell through rates, etc.

　　Consolidate and present monthly Risks & Opportunities to VP and CFO.

　　Oversee monthly KPI reporting package and process for presentation to CFO/digital leadership.

　　Build processes for dynamic reporting capabilities, tracking metrics, operating reviews, product owner views, etc.

　　Ad Hoc analysis and reporting as needed

　　YOU HAVE:

　　Professional work experience of +5 years in digital/media finance

　　Financial and/or accounting skills required

　　Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Business, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent experience

　　Excellent excel skills, model building and a strong analytical background.

　　Spanish language ability highly desired

　　Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
