This is an onsite position located at our headquarters in Allentown, PA. This position may have up to 5% domestic / global travel.

  Service Enablement ensures DT services are well defined and operate effectively to meet client needs. This team provides cross-organizational leadership, expertise, and governance of DT Services, Finances, and Process Management. The incumbent will be familiar with both the detail of DT technical processes as well as business requirements and sensibilities, ensuring various technical teams work together as a single delivery mechanism that operates effectively. The Service Enablement Manager must negotiate reasonable service levels with business and functional clients, hold DT teams accountable, and engage in dialogue with executive management, should DT fail to meet commitments.

  The Manager - Financial & Project Services is responsible for the operational management of the DT budget, including cost, requisition, and invoice management, as well as leading quarterly capacity and budget forecasting. They handle all DT funding requests through the Corporate Expenditure Authorization Request (EAR) process and provides governance and expertise on the management of SAP Project Systems for DT. The team is also responsible for all Microsoft Corporate contracts.Required Skills / Abilities:Leading all aspects of the $200MM+ DT budget including budgeting, re-forecasting, purchasing following all Corporate Accounting policies.Working with DT teams, vendors and Sourcing to address invoice discrepancies and resolving day-to-day operational questions affecting finances.Performing operational management of the DT budget including funding, invoice and requisition management.Meeting with all Product Managers quarterly to build the input into the Operating Plan budget for Controllership.Providing DT input into the corporate quarterly re-forecasting exercise.Supplying Controllership with monthly spend pulled from SAP as input into the monthly results for Vertical Leads.Performing financial analysis of the DT Spend File as requested by the Vertical Leads.Building positive relationships with Sourcing, Controllership, Corporate Accounting, Project Accounting, Tax, Treasury, SBS, and others to rely on mentorship for decisions that need to be made with respect to finances.Advising the Tax group to ensure tax is handled properly in the form of self-assessing.Providing mentorship and consulting through the project funding process to ensure finances of projects are handled accurately including General Transaction Authority, Procurement Authority, capital, expense, and amortization.Running funding requests through the Corporate Expenditure Authorization Request (EAR) process.Leading all the Corporate Microsoft contracts including the EAS, SCE, MPSA, and Unified Support in the areas of renewals, licensing, and license reservations.Education and Licensing Requirements:BS degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or relevant curriculum.10 years of IT experience.Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.Ability to influence others without direct control both inside and outside the organization.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Data analysis/financial analysis required.Able to prioritize and meet achievements when working on mult ple initiatives simultaneously.Proficiency in Excel, Qlik tools and ServiceNow.SAP knowledge a plus.Work Hours & Benefits: Global responsibility may require non-local working hours, including weekends.#INDCOR#LI-Onsite#LI-LC1
