  Position Summary...

  What you'll do...

  The Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager is a critical leadership role that prioritizes repairs and projects in stores within the SubRegion and leads a team of Technicians to complete the repairs. This exciting opportunity will ensure work order repairs are completed timely and with high quality craftsmanship and will work primarily with the stores' leadership and his/her technicians. The role is based remote from home with approximately 50% travel to stores in the SubRegion and reports to the Regional Facilities Manager.

  The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

  Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  - Stock equity incentives

  Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
