  Meet the team:

  The IT Network & Systems Services Team is a global organization thatsupports all critical infrastructure and endpoint services with asecurity and automation first mindset and practice. The team is involvedin many projects to improve our capabilities and services offered to theentire company. We lead the way in setting the standards and bestpractices for running and maintaining such platforms.

  Where you come in:

  We are looking for an experienced Manager of Endpoint Engineering& Operations that is responsible for strategic vision for thedesign, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of endpointmanagement services and solutions for the global organization.

  The manager will lead a small technical team of Endpoint Engineersfocused on improving the end user computing experience.

  They will be the technical service owner for the followingservices: endpoint imaging/systems management, asset management, laband shared computing environments, virtual desktop and virtualapplication services, remote assistance, endpoint backup, desktop OSpatch and migration management, desktop software packaging anddistribution management.

  Managing highly technical teams, driving work deliverables withthe highest quality, and reporting status to Leadership.

  Effective People Management including performance reviews,establishing development plans and individual coaching.

  Experienced in providing Global Support and dotted line reportingof offshore teams.

  Experienced in Manufacturing IT Support.

  Solid understanding of Microsoft MECM (SCCM) and Intuneenvironments

  Solid understanding of JAMF Cloud and Mac Device Management

  Maintain an elevated level of knowledge and expertise in coreenterprise environments: MECM/JAMF Cloud, Windows/Mac Updates,Intune, Windows 365, BeyondTrust, Acronis and Crashplan.

  Ensure a standard up to date desktop image.

  Lead the Lifecyle Management of Endpoint devices, includingrefresh, upgrades and evaluating new hardware models.

  Ensure all Security and Driver updates are consistently applied todesktops.

  Oversee QA testing of all new laptopdesktop hardware.

  Oversee the evaluation, testing, and deploying all client facingapplications.

  Assist in managing and resolving tickets in Level 2/3 supportqueues.

  Assist with management and deployment of desktop software andpolicies.

  Basic knowledge of various other IT practices (networking,servers, voice, email)

  Travel Required:

  15-25%Experience and Education Requirements: (this section should not bemodified)

  Typically requires a Bachelor\'s degree in a technical disciplinewith 8-12 years of industry experience
