  KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, E&C Confidentiality & Privacy Office to join our Ethics & Compliance team.

  Responsibilities:Participate in the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of confidentiality and privacy policies, standards, and guidanceIdentify business impact of changes in U.S. and global privacy laws, developing and implementing processes to effectively address regulatory requirements and support other business functions in their development of related remediation plansCollaborate with stakeholder groups across the business in all aspects of confidentiality and privacy, providing subject matter expertise to functional business groups, including client facing engagement teams when consultation is requiredConduct related ongoing compliance monitoring activities in coordination with other compliance functions focusing on obligations under relevant Federal, State, and international privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.)Lead development of trainings and communications to help the business stay informed regarding key privacy mattersImplement, monitor, and measure Key Performance and Key Risk indicators to assess effectiveness of risk control design and implementationQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in a privacy compliance function with at least three years in a management position, including effective development and implementation of privacy controls and regulatory requirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experiencePrior experience with designing and implementing a privacy compliance program is highly desirable; understanding of US and global privacy regulations; CIPP/CIPM certification or other relevant privacy certification is highly desirableExcellent project management skills with ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects through to completion; able to demonstrate independent judgment with exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BICapability to demonstrate a commitment to driving diversity, equity and inclusion at the group, enterprise, industry, or community level

Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year the firm publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
