Broadcom's Data Center Solutions Group (DCSG), a leader in EthernetConnectivity, server, storage and PCI Express switch solutions, isseeking aManager, Segment Marketing / Business Development to lead a teamof Segment Marketing Managers for its fast growing Storage and Ethernet NICbusiness product lines. Responsibilities will include developing businessstrategies and leading a high performing team of Marketing to grow DCSG'sbusiness in APAC / China. Responsible for cradle to grave engagements withcustomers and manage relations with customers.
Own design win planning, development of marketing collateral while workingclosely with sales to address customer issues/needs. Lead cross functionalteams with sales, product marketing, and application to deliver businessproposals as well as technical collateral needed for customer support or go tomarket plans. Must be comfortable presenting product plans and value tocustomers at all levels. Own customer interaction, pricing, design win andRFQ activities.
The candidate should have experience in Ethernet NIC, server and storagemarketing.A deep understanding of technologies such Ethernet NICs, PCIe,SAS, SATA is highly desired. Knowledge of storage, networking and serverswithin the data center and cloud markets and equipment is highly desired.Candidates must be well balanced with technical and business skills. Strongsense of ownership and team building in Broadcom's cross functionalenvironment are keys to success in this position.
Additionally, desirable candidates will be able to:1.Engage with Product Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product Managementteams to drive customer focused marketing programs and technical contentthrough the most effective communication methods available.2.Translate corporate marketing and salesstrategies into customer-specificplans, as well as identifying and communicating customer needs3.Use data analysis and summarize information to positively influence decisionmakers to achieve business objectives and ensure a fully alignedcustomer/company business plan4.Organize, track and report onprogram and product status for individualaccounts5.Provide inbound marketing support for OEM product and planning data,organizational structures and process requirements.

BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum of 15 yearsof overall experience of which a minimum of 5 years is in management.
Experience of managing APAC business in Data Center / Server / Storage /Networking industry is desired
Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $210,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordancewith relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plandocuments and equity award agreements.
