  Compensation Overview

  The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

  $93,400.00 - $154,200.00

  What Is the Opportunity?

  At Travelers, we are committed to providing the best customer and user experience possible by publishing content on our website that is relevant and helpful. Our Content Management Team ensures our websites facilitate a modern and engaging web experience that delivers on our target audiences' expectations. As the Manager, Content Management, you will be the primary point of contact for designing and publishing enterprise-wide projects. As the Subject Matter Expert for content management, you will provide recommendations on design strategies and collaborate with business partners to manage projects effectively and set goals for future marketing campaigns.

  What Will You Do?

  Working in our content management systems (Optimizely and TeamSite), create web page layouts and components, verify features, and ensure pages are functioning properly in order to publish pre-written content for complex, enterprise-wide projects.

  Manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to ensure timely completion.

  Utilize data to inform the development of marketing campaigns and identify successful public and private web channels to publish content.

  Approve or deny, with recommendations for improvement, web content to be published and send to next stage in approval process.

  Provide thought leadership and structure for website, development, updates, and enhancements to ensure our website is user-focused and provides intuitive desktop and mobile experiences.

  Function as a Subject Matter Expert on content management systems publishing to execute regular content updates for the website, including new landing pages.

  Collaborate with business partners to set goals for content for future campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

  Perform other duties as assigned.

  What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.

  Demonstrated experience working in Content Management Systems with working knowledge of web design, UX and SEO best practices.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult on projects and present information effectively.

  Strong ability to connect with and effectively manage a cross-functional team to complete project goals.

  Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret trends and provide insights and recommendations to business partners.

  Ability to think strategically and use judgement to resolve issues as they arise.

  What is a Must Have?

  Four years of professional work experience in marketing related field.What Is in It for You?
