Job Summary
Plans, develops, and executes a comprehensive asset protection program for the enterprise. Designs program methodologies that drive partnerships with internal stakeholders and delivers profit improvements through shrink elimination.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Develops and executes an asset protection program for the organization.
Plans, develops, and executes short- and long-term strategies to protect company assets, including physical security critical infrastructure, operational excellence, and loss elimination.
Coordinates and maintains partnerships with all company departments to positively impact asset protection metrics.
Develops high quality training to support loss elimination.
Evaluates operational processes for areas of opportunity and shrink elimination and develops effective plans to mitigate losses.
Manages asset protection and security goals, performance expectations, and standards.
Identifies theft and fraud activity within the organization and partners with management to resolve cases.
Manages a team of asset protection professionals, including performance managing, coaching, and providing opportunities for growth and development.

Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment
Usually located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort, such as dust, fumes, or odors.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.
Education and Experience
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.Our Goals for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
