That\'s why we are always looking forcurious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.Your role: The Inventory Representative 1 will maintain the inventoryaccuracy while providing superior customer service to the distributioncenter and other internal departments (Customer Service, QualityAssurance). The following tasks will be completed daily: * Maintain andmonitor IC systems for materials throughout the business cycle *Monitors and audits systems and transactions to identify, correct, andprevent inaccuracies * Interprets data on reports and forms todetermine correct transactions to perform on all systems * Determinereasons for deliveries that have shipped by not yet post goods issues(PGI) and process the PGI, if applicable * Works with others tobrainstorm and test ideas for improvement * Reconcile inventorydiscrepancies * Updates status, quality, batch and location in allrequired systems * Reconciles systems and corrects data to insure allsystems agree * Use investigation tools in order to balance stock withappropriate adjustments/movement types * Handle error logs and workflow* Respond to internal users (professionally and timely) withinformation and training (as necessary) * Resolves all questionsregarding product inquiries/availability, error resolution, problemssolving from Customer/Order Services (FG and BULK,) Receiving,Purchasing, QC, QA, Packaging, Selectors, and Production * Fields phonecalls from internal users related to inventory, deliveries anddiscrepancies * Handle inventory issues related to customer servicepager (canceled orders, customer complaint research, delivery creation,etc.) * Perform cycle counts and the corresponding follow up * Performcycle counts daily using radio frequency units * Use transactionhistory to identify discrepancies and process inventory adjustments tobalance stock * Generate and perform location audits as necessary *Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned * Exemplary attendance andadherence to schedule * 12-hour day shift, 2-2-3 schedule - 6:00 AM -6:30 PM (M/T on, W/R off, F/S/S on, M/T off, W/R on, F/S/S off, repeat)Who You Are: Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications: * Keyboarding, mathematical, organizational,spreadsheet, word processing, problem solving, communication, attentionto detail and teamwork * PC literate, basic knowledge of MicrosoftWord, Excel, and Access * Strong Mathematical background * Knowledgeof the metric system and conversion of those units of measure What weoffer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds,perspectives, and life experiences.
