　　About the role

　　The Carrier Engineering Leadership Program is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential, early career engineers. Through three eight-month rotations across Carrier business units, the program gives participants exposure to Software Engineering functions

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　• Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

　　• Excellent analytical and communication skills • Preferred strong technical skills in any of the following: model-based development, software systems, embedded systems, power electronics, systems engineering and UI development.

　　• Relevant internships or co-op experiences within Engineering functions
