　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Specialist I to join our team in the National Capital Region .

　　The Management Specialist I supports the task assignment and management staff with program administration and deployment processes. The Management Specialist I supports communication and coordination with individual employees, Senior Management Specialists, PMO, Government (when required), and other groups as needed. The Management Specialist I supports data entry and management, tracking and accountability of personnel, medical scheduling, travel arrangements, CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) scheduling, Visa processing, issuance of Letters of Authorization (LOAs) and Common Access Cards (CACs), and basic administrative skills and personnel management. Management Specialist I prioritizes tasks as they apply to internal processes and procedures. Management Specialist I takes direction from more senior personnel.

　　Required Qualifications

　　HS Diploma

　　Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
