Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (CONTRACTS LIAISON) in the Logistics Department (N4) of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP EIGHT. Responsibilities You will be the sole technical expert and Naval Special Warfare Group EIGHT (NSWG-8) project coordinator for complex contracted efforts. You will work closely with the Contracts Department (N01C) of Naval Special Warfare Command to ensure NSWG-8 requirements are captured through a range of acquisition. You will analyze annual utilization and recommend contract changes aimed at improving service and reducing contract cost for the NSWG-8 enterprise. You will ensure that all required documentation is provided for the effective development of requirements into executable contract packages. You will analyze NSWG-8 workload to develop strategic buying initiatives across NSWG-8 enterprise. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing technical documentation and forecasting contract plans, performing lifecycle contracting processes to include the preparation of reports on contractors' performance, recommended payment, and validating contractor claims AND acquisition management in developing and refining support agreements and incorporating new developments.
