The Real Estate Management Analyst/Senior Management Analyst contributes tothe above vision and mission through a combination of directresponsibilities, collaboration, contract administration and specialprojects. This position is also responsible for maintaining a real estatedatabase of City-owned property, conducting special research and analysis,as well as graphic representations, maps and presentations to support thedepartment; completing administrative projects and reports; assisting inthe preparation of Department Key Performance Indicators; and assisting theDirector and Division Managers in reviewing and updating the Department'sstrategic plan. This position requires a high level of customer serviceskills, interacting with internal staff, businesses, residents,developers, and consultants to achieve the essential functions of the job.
Education, Experience, Skills, Formal Training, Licenses, and CertificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration,Management, Data Mining/Data Analysis, Accounting, Finance, or closely relatedThree or more years of relevant experience in local government, economicdevelopment organization, community development organization or the privatesectorAdvanced ability with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel,Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to become fluent in JD Edwards and Cobblestone softwareExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail and results-oriented style
Preferred:Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel,Outlook, and PowerPointFluency in JD Edwards and CobblestoneCertified Economic Developer (CEcD)Bilingual proficiency English/Spanish or HmongAny equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, whichwould provide the required knowledge and skills, may be considered.
