Daily Workflow: Checkincoming materials for defects and irregularities. Prep materials usinga media blaster and other tools. Ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleanedand free of contaminants. Set up powder coating equipment and ensure itis in good working condition. Confirm calibration of coating equipment.Apply powder evenly to surfaces, monitoring thickness and adherence.Inspect coated items for color consistency and finish quality. Performneeded maintenance as necessary. Adhere to safety guidelines andprotocols. We\'re Seeking: Prior experience in powder coating isdesired. Physically fit with the ability to lift at least 70 lbs.Extreme attention to detail and cleanliness. Must be able to accuratelyfollow policies and procedures.
