About Managed Services - Value Realization Office - Director

Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations balance long term strategies and short term imperatives to optimise their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organisation's business objectives. We help enhance organisations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programmes from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our team's roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally our team processes services such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

  Experienced Director sought for PwC's Value Realization Office (VRO) team. Lead commercial sales, solve problems, generate value. Trusted advisor to leadership and customers. Focus on strategic customer engagement, scaling VRO practices. Craft high-impact presentations, define financial impact. Drive business outcomes with digital capabilities. Competencies in value selling, strategy consulting, digital transformation, financial modeling. Align with global businesses, influence decision makers.

  Demonstrates proficiency of core Managed Services in any one of the following: Business Process Outsourcing, Operating Model Design, Resource and Workforce Management functions, Vendor Selection, Service Aggregation, Third Party Vendor Management;Demonstrates proficiency of core Managed Services practice performance metrics such as attachment & pull-through rates, revenue backlog, growth rates, multi-year engagement tracking & reporting, etc.;Demonstrates proficiency of Managed Services sales strategies and delivery models;Demonstrates proficiency of value proposition design and value-led selling;Demonstrates a track record of delivering value to clients in challenging business environments, at scale;Experience in go-to-market strategy and execution and offering / solution industrialization;Executes specific initiatives and drives progress against related goals;Works as part of a team to drive change management activities needed to enact the strategic vision and operational initiatives;Supports tracking, managing and reporting on strategic initiatives, projects and operations under the sponsorship of a Platform;Supports leadership with market-facing and client-centric activities helping to guide the overall strategic direction;Represents the point of view of leadership in key projects, calls, meetings and decisions as well as develop a point of view based on data, research, and observations;Knows how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice;Seeks and embraces opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives; and,Delegates to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.
