Male Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa

　　Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

　　Specific responsibilities of a spa attendant include:

　　Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment

　　Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers

　　Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms

　　Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area

　　Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements

　　Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring

　　Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures

　　Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs

　　Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests

　　This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends. Applicants must have daytime availability between 6:15am and 10:30pm.

　　Skills/Requirements

　　Must be 18 years or older to apply

　　Prior computer experience helpful

　　Customer service related experience required

　　The hourly pay range for this position is $11.75 + tips/gratuity . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
