Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the construction industry, located in Jurupa Valley, California. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, managing vendor relationships, and utilizing your skills in Microsoft Excel to perform key metrics related to team and payment performance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely payments and address items requiring resolution

• Assist with invoice processing and utilize a 3-way matching process

• Adhere to company policies while ensuring accuracy and completeness of work

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors

• Use Microsoft Excel to perform key metrics in and around team performance and payment performance

• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar large ERP systems

• Handle high volume transactions efficiently

• Use accounting software systems to streamline processes

• Perform accounting functions such as check processing and data entry

• Handle discrepancies in accounts payable and utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM for customer relationship management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400

• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to perform various Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Processing

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Ability to identify and resolve Discrepancies

• Experience with 3 Way Matching

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
