　　2-3 years industrial maintenance experience

　　2 year Associates Degree

　　PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley)

　　Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting

　　Fanuc Robotics experience (edit with a laptop), as the candidate this position is replacing had some specialized robotics training (Enova will teach them how to program)

　　Would prefer someone with welding experience, but is not required
