JOB REQUIREMENTS: PRIMARY FUNCTION Own the client relationship, managingall the sales requirements of any current or new projects. Function as aconnection between client and design firm serving as an expert on thewide variety of ancillary products and pricing available. Depending onthe needs of a project, provide product suggestions for the client anddesigner\'s approval. Provide the leadership for a high-preformingproject/account team to continuously deliver against agreed uponexpectations which includes flawless execution, maximizing productivityand utilizing resources to exceed our clients\' expectations. PRINCIPLEDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct client meetings individually or inconjunction with Director to understand the client\'s business needs andrelevant buying influences. Develop and present Atmosphere capabilities,innovative solutions and service offerings to clients. Coordinate theprocess, quality and content of all client bids and requests forproposals. Facilitate client requests for pricing, specifications,information and other service requirements. This can involve providingquotes, determining gross profits, negotiating pricing and terms,cost/benefit analysis, reviewing finishes and options. Researchavailable alternates to value engineer projects or provide options thatmeet client timelines. This includes products that feel like residentialor hospitality, at all price points. Examples include furniture from boxretailers, custom products from local fabricators or inexpensive rugsand accessories from online sources. Stay up to date on trends andancillary offerings from various manufacturers. Develop and maintainstrategic relationships with key designers, vendor reps, andmanufacturers and expand professional network through networking eventsCommunicate completely and in a timely manner with clients, design firmsand internal support teams. Engage team to execute projects byconducting key meetings, clearly establishing roles andresponsibilities, and working with the team to develop and executesolutions.
