　　* *Our client is looking to hire for all shifts maintenance technicians. Our client is one of the largest suppliers of multi-serve juices, plant-based beverages, and frozen novelties. With an emphasis on packaged goods within the last few years, our client is growing tremendously with no signs of slowing down. The maintenance technicians will oversee repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience with machinery.

　　Qualifications:

　　2+ years of industrial maintenance experience 

　　PLC experience (preferred) 

　　Experience with maintenance related software

　　Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs 

　　Responsibilities:

　　Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.

　　Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts and examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.

　　Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.

　　Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.

　　Repairs or replaces defective parts and lubricates and cleans parts as needed in accordance with food/beverage manufacturing quality system practices.

　　Installs special functional and structural parts in devices and starts devices to test their performance.

　　Works with Maintenance Manager to prioritize and plan work activities and completes work in timely manner

　　Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.

　　Maintains inventory records and performs cycle counts as necessary.
