Intern – Manufacturing Engineering – Latham, NY – Summer 2024

　　Your role:

　　Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:

　　Time study target processes

　　Assist in Job Safety Analysis remediation implementations

　　Assist in Process Checksheet implementations

　　Evaluate Andon Data for improvement targets

　　Process flow analysis

　　NCMR root cause analysis and preventive action implementations

　　other duties as assigned

　　You're the right fit if:

　　Min 2 yrs complete towards a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE or IE preferred)

　　3.0 minimum GPA preferred

　　Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing

　　Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

　　Strong Analytical skills

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Ability to work independently and with a team

　　Very task-oriented

　　Self-starter

　　Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00-28.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
