  Job SummaryThis entry level position performs preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks, under direct supervision on company facilities, grounds, and equipment in order to ensure maximum efficiency and maximum longevity.

  Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrioritizes, schedules, and completes incoming work requests from work manager system while providing a high level of customer satisfactionPerforms scheduled and proactive maintenance on building systems to ensure a high level of operationCompile information found during daily facility assessments and then take action to resolve them. This information to include deficiencies from all facets of the building envelope and mechanical operationsFollows safety standards in compliance with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelinesRepair, replace, and reassemble defective equipment and parts. This may include the use of hand and power toolsPerforms other duties as assignedOperate independently with minimal supervisory oversightJob Specific SkillsBasic knowledge of PPE, LOTO, and other safety protocolsBasic knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved utilized in the repair and maintenance of commercial facilities that includes the building envelope and its mechanical componentsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and provide regular updatesAbility to analyze/identify performance issues with machinery and conduct necessary repairs and/or enhancementsWork and communicate effectively using both electronic and verbal communication to all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contactsBasic navigation and understanding of Windows, MS office, and other basic software operation, including the use of smartphonesEducationMinimum: High school diploma or GED

  ExperienceMinimum: 0 - 2 years related work experience
