Data Analyst – Health Care Location: Remote Duration: 11 Months Description: Dept: SHS Customer Experience Engagement Description: This role will support member engagement data needs and communication orchestration efforts for Medicare population. The role is one of the key stable team resources needed to execute MA member engagement work Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: Understanding of how business requirements translate into need for data and how to manipulate, merge, and create datasets and analytics output with high levels of complexity Ability to collaborate and communicate with various business partners and gather and deliver upon appropriate requirements and specifications Strong data manipulation abilities using SQL and Tableau Required Skills/Experience: The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, including creation of automations and reporting within the platform Advanced Excel skills (including ability to create Macros to achieve efficiency) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to balance requests from multiple departments with varying timelines Impeccable follow through to ensure action items are completed as expected or escalations are made in a timely manner Preferred Skills/Experience: Optional but preferred skills/experience.
