Pay Rate: $12- $14/hr. depending on experience What We Offer: * OT, PTO * Mileage reimbursement * Part of a team with RN Oversight * Caregiver recognition program * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Flexible schedule. * We promote from within * Variety of in-home and assisted living assignments * Work close to home – 20 miles or less Responsibilities * Provide care as directed by a supervisor, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary * Provide care as directed by a supervisor assisting with mobility needs such as standing by and assisting with transferring from bed to walker and/or wheelchair. * Provide care according to the client’s Care Plan, assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, medication reminders, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, social and outdoor activities, shopping Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Minimum two years of documented healthcare experience * Current driver’s license with an insured and reliable automobile * Ability to pass a background check * Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Empathy for the needs of the client * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively * Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect * Maintain a positive attitude * Ensure confidentiality and security of the client’s medical and personal information.
