　　Position: Maintenance Technician

　　Requirements:

　　Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.

　　Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Preferred experience in 3PL warehousing, distribution center, or fulfillment.

　　Industrial or distribution background is a plus

　　Responsibilities

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Perform scheduled servicing and proactive maintenance tasks on conveyor systems, including fabrication, installation, and restoration of conveyor systems as outlined in maintenance plans. Maintain accurate and organized maintenance records.

　　Collaborate in the diagnosis and resolution of equipment issues, encompassing conveyors, v-belt transfers, Bombay unit sortation system, carton erectors, banding machines, MCC cabinets, stretch wrappers, vision systems, scanners, printers, and facility systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, and forklifts.

　　Replace or repair control components, including switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, and motor starters, as required.

　　Configure and operate welding equipment, drill presses, grinders, hand tools, and other metalworking machinery as needed.

　　Participate in troubleshooting microcontrollers such as Omron, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Keyence, and Siemens PLCs. Proficiently identify correct I/O points and align addressing with machine schematics.

　　The essential functions of this role include:
