　　The Big Task - CIPP Installation Technician

　　As a Lead Pipe Line (CIPP) Installation Technician, your primary role is to install new CIPP systems with a focus on quality, efficiency, and adherence to local and national codes. Maintain a stellar reputation for high-quality installations while keeping customers informed about the process.

　　Key Sub-Tasks

　　3-5 years of experience as an EXPERIENCED CIPP TECHNICIAN working for a Licensed Contractor.

　　High School Diploma or GED.

　　Valid driver’s license maintenance.

　　Effective communication with dispatch, managers, and installation teams.

　　Establishing customer rapport to present the right products and services.

　　Understanding and meeting sales criteria, exceeding revenue goals.

　　Maintaining the cleanliness and inventory of your company truck.

　　Accurate completion of paperwork.

　　Upholding a clean and professional appearance.

　　Active participation in ongoing training and development.

　　Training and mentoring apprentices.

　　Obtain or be willing to acquire necessary certifications (assistance provided).

　　Successful completion of a mathematical aptitude evaluation.

　　Applying sound business judgment to all decisions.

　　Physical capabilities, including standing, walking, bending, crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 100 pounds.

　　Working from ladders up to two stories in height.

　　Qualifications

　　Successful performance requires the ability to satisfactorily complete essential duties. Accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. A commitment to pursuing, developing, and participating in continuing education is essential. The Service Technician must meet or exceed shop minimums set for the Dot Program or its equivalent.

　　Understanding local codes, working collaboratively with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians, and the ability to draw and interpret simple riser diagrams are vital for success.

　　Additional Information

　　This role involves working in various indoor and outdoor environments, enduring diverse climate conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and confined locations.

　　The typical workweek spans eight to ten hours a day, five days per week, with occasional weekend work. And remember, NO ON CALL, NO HOLIDAYS, AND NO SUNDAYS!
