JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Maintenance Technician-5pm to 5amLocation:Brookfield, WI Summary of Position Shift: 12-hour shifts for 3days a week with 3 days off. Next week 12-hour shifts for 4 days a weekwith 4 days off. Hours are 5pm-5am Perform a wide variety of duties todiagnose, repair and calibrate CNC machines and equipment to include allmechanical, electrical and electronic components and controls. PrincipalResponsibilities Perform work safely and in compliance with companypolicies. Install mechanical equipment. Install electrical equipment.Maintain mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot mechatronic systems. Operatemachine shop tools and machines. Weld and fabricate parts. Maintainautomation systems. Modify devices and systems. Maintain documents andrecords. Education High School diploma or GED Skills/experience Abilityto read, interpret and follow blueprints, shop routings and specificengineering notes related to unique customer specifications. Have basicmath and trigonometry skills. Demonstrated mechanical and electricalknowledge and repair abilities. Certifications in OSHA programs andpractices preferred. Physical Requirements/Working Condition Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required tostand; sit; use hand to handle, or feel objects, tool or controls; andreach with hands and arms.The employee frequently is required towalk.The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop,kneel, or crouch; talk or hear and smell.The employee may occasionallylift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
