  About our Team

  Our Inside Sales Support team strives to deliver high quality administrative assistance to our sales representatives and channel partners. We work collaboratively in the post sales process with our sales team and customers. We provide support and problem solving skills to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience.

  About the Role

  As a Sales Support Specialist, your purpose is to provide analytical and administrative support to the sales team. Your role is critical in ensuring the sales team has the necessary information and resources to meet their targets and drive revenue growth.

  Responsibilities

  Providing market area Inside Sales support for a team of 40.

  Taking a proactive approach to processes and suggest ways to improve.

  Acting as a Sales organization liaison with Billing, Auditors, Legal and other departments in our Sales Operations function.

  Using Salesforce for request submittal and reporting, PCT, MBS, and Workday.

  Maintaining spreadsheet reports as needed.

  Coordinating all special projects and following through to completion.

  Working closely in a team environment.

  Performing all other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  Have a BS/BA or equivalent

  Be able to analyze and interpret sales data to provide insights and recommendations.

  Have working proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

  Possess exceptional organizational skills to handle numerous tasks and deadlines.

  Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge.
