JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Maintenance Technician - 3rd ShiftSunday - Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am or 9:30pm-5:30am A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN As a Maintenance Technician, you troubleshoot andrepair mechanical and electrical problems in production machinery andequipment as they arise. Your fabrication and welding skills assist youin your repairs. In addition to repair projects, you also completepreventative maintenance to ensure that everything is in working order.Participating in the design, fabrication, and relocation of productionmachinery and related equipment is an exciting part of your job. Understanding or knowledge of electronics, single and 3phase wiring up to 480 volts, Electronic Machine/Motion Controls,industrial HVAC systems, industrial refrigeration systems, industrialboiler/water treatment systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, andpackaging and labeling equipment. Ability to read and understandblueprints, mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical schematicdiagrams, technical manuals, chemical warning labels, and materialsafety data sheets. Welding skills that comply with USDA/WDA standards.Ability to operate forklift, boom, and platform lifts. Ability tofunction in a computerized maintenance management system. Ability towork from elevated heights when using ladders and power lifts.Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levelsand meet customer commitments is required.
