Description:
Maintenance Technician will be primarily responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of blow-molding and plastic injection production equipment. The technician's duties includes preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and general repair of machinery, which may require welding or fabricating parts. The primary function is to support production operations and ensure schedules and goals are on track and customer orders are met. Candidates should have experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing/production setting.
Must have high mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, being able to diagnosis various issues in a timely and efficient manner.
The plant runs 24/7 and long hours with multiple consecutive days will be required. Candidates should expect to see regular overtime (before/after shift) as well as weekend work.
During ramp up, expect to work 12 days in a row.
