We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in home-care to a client located in Longmont, Colorado. These shifts are from 8AM-10AM and 7PM-9PM and are 7 days a week. The LPN we are looking for would be able to help out with many of these shifts, but not required to fill them all. There are also other opportunities with BrightStar with other clients in the area. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations and is responsible for managing the medical and non-medical services provided by or arranged for by BrightStar Care. The LPN is responsible for working with other medical disciplines (PT, OT, PT, etc.) to ensure coordinated services and that all of the client's needs are identified through the assessment process and addressed through the implementation of the Plan of Correction and re-evaluation and supervisory process. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a person licensed to practice professional nursing by the State Board of Nursing and will provide services in accordance with the Nursing Standards of Practice and must be registered by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
