Job description: PeopleReady Skilled Trades - is hiring for Construction Laborer Positions available in Sonoma, Solano, and Napa and surrounding areas.  

　　Note - Pay rate for this job is $29 - $33 / hour

　　Responsibilities:

　　Reading and understanding blueprints and schematics. 

　　Prepare the layout and scope of work for the project ·

　　Install metal and wood framing and roof truss components. ·

　　Using hand and electric tools to cut and fabricate and install framework components ·

　　Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks and props, using hand tools ·

　　Shape and cut materials to specific measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws ·

　　Install doors, windows, stairs, baseboards, and crown molding ·

　　Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, finishing interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures ·

　　Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard ·

　　Follow established safety rules and regulations ·

　　Maintain a safe and clean environment

　　Qualifications:

　　Prefer 5+ years of Custom Home Experience. 

　　Take direction and execute assigned tasks

　　Extensive knowledge of high-end residential construction 

　　Work independently and safely in finished environments

　　Aptitude for problem solving ? Know when to ask for assistance from the appropriate resource 

　　Reliable vehicle 

　　Punctual and reliable

　　Demonstrated ability to responsibly deal with issues/problems as they arise

　　Able to understand the overall scope of the job and plan ahead 

　　Able to read plans 

　　Communicate effectively with project manager, project coordinator, clients, client representatives
