Description:

　　Candidate will be working independently to repair, fix, troubleshoot, and diagnose maintenance problems. Will be working on different plastics manufacturing machines, doing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical work. May fabricate equipment or parts using welder, cutting torch, shop tools, etc.

　　Mechanical- replacing and repacking bearings, swapping out pumps and motors, replacing rollers and gears, metal working and attaching machine partsElectrical- wiring machines, checking voltage and faults, replacing and troubleshooting photo eyes/lasers, switch repairsHydraulic/Pneumatic- changing and rebuilding cylinders, replacing seals, replacing cylinders and solenoids, etc

　　Using a laptop to diagnose machine faults- similar to a code reader for a car
