Aerotek, voted Best of Staffing, is hiring Maintenance Technician to work with a local manufacturing facility in Memphis, TN with a starting pay of $28.50.00-$30.00/hour based on experience and skillset. These positions are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment. Shift available is a 12 hour shift from 5am-5pm on a 2-2-3 schedule

　　Description:

　　Troubleshoot and repair fillers, cappers, packaging, liquid fill, palletizer, case packers, conveyors, pumps, valves, controls, wiring, etc. (BARR)

　　Trace shorts, controls, VFD's, sensors, photo eyes, switches, 24V (AC), drives, packaging.

　　Will complete daily PM's and troubleshoot and repair reactive maintenance.

　　Could help set up, adjust, repair and maintain machinery and equipment.

　　Lubricate, repair, inspect, clean and complete PM's on equipment.

　　Complete PM's weekly for repair and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, mixers, packaging equipment, conveyors, and other production machinery.

　　May clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery parts

　　May help maintain inventory of tools, parts, repair supplies, grease.

　　May help obtain quotes for replacements parts and materials.

　　May set up and operate machine tools such as hand saw, planer, joiner, shaper, drill press, lathe, and grinder for potential repair and fabrication.

　　May install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

　　May replace faulty electrical equipment such as fuses, light sockets, bulbs, relays, switches, and motors.

　　PAY RATE: 28.50/hr 3% increases every 6 months for the first two years. After a year, pay rate will be 30.24/hr.

　　Immediate raise after 3m contract with Aerotek and 2 month probationary period with client.

　　Work Environment:

　　Industrial environment. Non-temp controlled. Dirty and dusty and will be around chemicals.

　　Regulated with fans in the Summer and heaters in the Winter.
