　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and machinery to guarantee that they are used optimally.

　　Ensure that the maintenance program is effectively followed.

　　Ensure that all equipment operates according to safe and acceptable operating standards.

　　Maintain historical and maintenance information on the equipment.

　　Work with the Equipment Engineer to identify troubleshooting processes, components, and tools to enhance equipment maintenance and repair.

　　Work with the Spare Parts Controller to manage spare parts inventory and control.

　　Work with Equipment/Maintenance Engineering to continuously optimize machine operating parameters and ensure equipment meets set requirements.

　　Work with the production team to investigate machine downtime.

　　Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

　　Qualifications:

　　2yrs or 4yrs graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Technology with 2years of relevant experience in a manufacturing set-up.

　　The ideal applicant should be capable of performing machine maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment in both manual and automated operations.

　　Knowledge in Total Productive Maintenance.

　　Capable of interpreting schematic/CAD designs and illustrations.

　　Work experience as maintenance technician gained at a manufacturing industry.

　　Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and skills in solving problems.

　　Has the ability to write maintenance standards.

　　Capable of working on their own initiative and keen to learn.
