Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties, including installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment needs that are determined by predictive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement measures. The Maintenance Technician will be accountable to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment
Complete preventive maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliability
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to assist in troubleshooting and repair
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with other technicians and production personnel to improve equipment performance
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience emphasizing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills
Completion of Craft Apprenticeship is preferred
PLC, Robotics, or other automation experience is strongly preferred
Continuing education in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance programs is preferred
