Adecco is partnering with a local client in Cheyenne, Wyoming to find an experienced Maintenance Technician for a temporary to hire opportunity. The role involves overseeing facility and grounds maintenance, and may entail independent or team-based work. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of one year of professional maintenance experience, proficiency in various building systems (including plumbing, electrical, and heating), and a dedication to maintaining clean and safe environments.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Conduct regular equipment checks and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.

　　Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and structural issues.

　　Install and maintain ventilation and refrigeration units.

　　Address tenant repair requests promptly and efficiently.

　　Coordinate and manage specialized contractors for larger maintenance projects.

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Minimum of 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience.

　　Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.

　　Compensation:

　　Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

　　Full-time position (40 hours per week).

　　Temporary to hire opportunity with a salary review after temporary period
