Love working Maintenance but looking to get on a 1st shift in a cleaner environment?
Description:
Candidates will be responsible for:
Preventative maintenance for the plant
Help with break downs and any other mechanical issues throughout the plant.
Working on 3 phase motors
Basic cleaning and maintenance of the facilities
Working on conveyors and belting for the different lines.
Operating forklifts and fork truck when needed.
Troubleshooting both AC and DC motors.
PLC troubleshooting (programming not necessary)
Electrical details:
Troubleshooting a 208V- AC 3 phase electric motor & circuit.
Troubleshooting a DC motor and circuit
Trouble shoot and follow a schematic for a control circuit both 110 AC and DC voltage control circuit (including pushbuttons, photo-eyes, proximity sensors…)
Understanding purpose and troubleshooting of a Variable Frequency Drive.
Familiar with hardware components of a Programable Logic Controller and able to troubleshoot those (no programming necessary)

Must have either: Maintenance technical degree OR 2+ years or industrial maintenance.
Preventative maintenance experience
Schematics experience / reading electrical diagrams (Electrical a huge plus)
Ammonia experience is a plus
PLC experience
Robotics experience is a plus
$25-$29/hour and will be based on experience level.
